We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. Please make sure to enter the right amount of guests ;-)

This is a cozy cottage getaway steps away from Vineyard Lake! This clean and quaint cottage has so much character and gives you a fun and peaceful feel. In addition to being able to Look down the street and view the lake, it is conveniently located within 10 minutes of the downtown of Brooklyn which has taverns, creameries, the cutest shops, and restaurants. The country concert Faster Horses and Michigan International Speedway are minutes away as well. Check out the nearby wineries and trails.

Full private apartment lakefront (NOT ENTIRE HOUSE) with many opportunities to relax! Swim in the heated pool (SEASONAL), hot tub (open all year), Sauna, fish, kayak, bonfire, walk or bike the nearby trails, relax under the gazebo by the lake, cook at the outdoor kitchen (Seasonal)/fireplace patio .We accommodate small bachelorette parties, wedding parties and have other properties nearby for additional rentals if needed. Enjoy our hot tub all year long. Canal views with free access to pedal boat, SUPs, and kayak. Relax by the indoor gas fireplace or fire pit. Guest rave about nearby wineries and walking trails. UM football : 30 miles to the Big House. Equestrians- Waterloo Hunt: 9 miles. We offer dog-friendly accommodations (pet fee required). Want a pontoon to explore the lake? Boat rental within walking distance at the end of our street. We do NOT take responsibility for third-party boat rentals.

Make wonderful memories at this unique & quiet family-friendly abode. A 1 person & 2 person kayak included. Bonfire with s’mores (ingredients are on the house)! A darling treehouse, (read, draw & paint on canvases provided)! A swing-set is in the backyard for the kids to enjoy. Views of lake from the carriage house & views of the garden and woods in the back. Game room below the carriage house for rainy day activities including ping pong, board games and TV. Outdoor games available.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lake cottage! This beautiful lakefront escape has everything you need for the perfect summer trip. The upper level features two bedrooms and shared bathroom. The lower level features a primary bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and two living areas (including dedicated workspace). The cottage is a mere two-minute walk to dining, tavern, shopping, cafe, and the public swimming area. Bring your boat. The public launch is only 1/2 mile down the road.
