Danas je Tešnjar jedna od retkih sačuvanih orijentalnih celina u Srbiji. Sastoji se od jedne ulice koja prati tok reke Kolubare i nekoliko manjih ulica koje se spuštaju niz brdo ka njoj. Većina kuća u njemu izgrađena je u 19. stoljeću, ali uz poštovanje pronađenog stila i prostornog uređenja.

There’s no kitchen, but we offer meals from our menu that you can choose as needed. It features a TV, Wi-Fi, and a large desk for two. A special treat is an afternoon rest in the built-in tub overlooking the forest.
