Welcome to our sweet home nestled amongst the quiet leafy streets of Blackburn. A cosy, inviting space where you can unwind with a warm cuppa or glass of something special. Enjoy its character and spend your days relaxing by the fire or overlooking the garden, or use as a base to explore all that Melbourne has to offer with the local train station connecting you to everything. And when you finish your day of adventures, Maple Cottage is the perfect place we are sure you will love coming home to.

South Quarter Suite

Kick back and relax in South Quarter Suite (SQS) which is a very stylish, one bedroom, kitchen and living suite at the rear of our beautiful home. SQS is perfect for travelling singles, a couple who just want a short or long term, safe stay in a lovely, bright space that has all the amenities you could want. Why not have a comfortable stay in the heart of Mitcham with only a 30 minute train ride to town, close drive to the peninsula, pleasant scenic drive to the Yarra Valley and the Dandenongs.

Self-contained retro studio apartment

This is a single room, retro-themed studio with 3 beds, a double, king single and a single trundle bed. Split system air conditioning / heating ensures comfort during your stay. The kitchen has a fridge with a small freezer, a double hot plate (suitable for reheating meals), microwave, as well as assorted pots and pans. There is a small, private bathroom with shower and toilet, a front loader washing machine. The TV provided has free to air, an Apple TV box and fast free WIFI is available.

Rivington Vue

Stay in our beautiful B&G Cole designed home nestled in the Artisan Hills boutique wine region. We are located in the Research/Eltham/Warrandyte area on the Melbourne urban fringe. You will enjoy totally private and tranquil accommodation with large lounge/entertainment room, bathroom and gourmet kitchen. Outside patio with seating and breathtaking bush views will delight. Extensive wildlife all around and only 26km to Melbourne. Montsalvat, Yarra Valley and St Andrews Market are nearby.

Stay in amongst Eltham Bush.

This bed sit looks out two large windows/doors, onto beautiful bush and a creek bordered by huge manna gums. The main house's back garden surrounds the unit which is full of light and beauty. There is a queen bed, walk-in wardrobe, a bathroom and a small kitchen area with a microwave, jug, toaster, sandwich maker and bar fridge and a small couch with a large TV. There is also a small desk for work. It is cleaned under AirB&B procedures ; a beautiful space, with a private entrance.

Duck'n Hill Cottage (& EV charge station)

Built by eccentric artists in the 80's this quaint little mudbrick sits in the heart of the Yarra Valley surrounded by wineries, stunning gardens and views. Recently renovated for comfort with concrete flooring, new A/C, hot water system, renovated bathroom and numerous outdoor spaces. The kitchenette includes a coffee machine, kettle & facilities, air fryer, toaster, egg steamer, utensils, bar fridge & microwave. The perfect romantic getaway surrounded by nature.

Beetle's

Lovely, newly renovated, completely private self-contained suite with quality finishes. On site parking, close to shops, cafes, nature walks and transport. Large spacious airconditioned area, with Queen sized bed, wardrobe, kitchenette, dining, bathroom. Kitchenette equipped with all the basics: fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher crockery and utensils. Modern bathroom with ‘walk in’ shower, toilet, and vanity, heated towel rails, make up mirror.

Haven Hideaway

Discover this tranquil space in leafy Warrandyte with a private entrance through the courtyard. It has a spacious living room, separate bedroom with queen bed, kitchenette and bathroom. There is an Apple desk top for streaming. Towels, essential toiletries, tea and coffee provided. The property is a 5 minute walk from the river, state forest and local cafe. Located on a lower level of a home, dehumidifiers in both spaces.

Warralyn

The flat/apartment is self contained and is separated from our house by a double brick and insulated wall. It has a private courtyard with table and chairs. My place is close to Bus routes to city and shops. Restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, pubs, supermarket. Bush walking trails, Yarra river, great views. You’ll love my place because of the location. My place is good for couples.

Warrandyte Treetop Retreat.

Our cottage set in natural bush has the benefit of shops and public transport a 10-15 minute walk away. Enjoy a drink on the deck in the warm light of the evening, take a leisurely walk along the Yarra River to see the kangaroos in their natural setting or an easy drive to the famous Yarra Valley wineries.
