Walk to all your favorite spots in town, including Athens' many award-winning restaurants, the Georgia Theater, UGA Campus, The Classic Center, and Sanford Stadium. We recommend the Washington Street deck for parking. Located at 125 West Washington Street with a $15 daily maximum. There is also street parking available that is metered throughout downtown.

Welcome to our cozy studio apartment! We offer a private separate-entrance apartment in our newly constructed house, less than a mile walk to downtown Athens and the campus of University of Georgia! Apartment has private entrance, driveway parking, and kitchenette. It is walkable to downtown restaurants, theaters, multiple parks, Normaltown, and UGA's campus. Please note that you will hear noise from our family upstairs, so if looking for peace and quiet, this may not be your best option.

Complete with photo worthy hearse available for pictures, this is a perfect spot for October or year round horror fans! It's a small place, but very cozy! DISCLAIMER: there is a lot of HORROR MOVIE imagery here. It is not suitable for young kids or adults who can’t handle horror imagery (I can’t believe I have to write this😹)

Walk to the bars and restaurants of Normaltown, stroll down historic Boulevard, and enjoy the peace and quiet of an in-town neighborhood just 2 miles from downtown Athens and UGA's North Campus, including Sanford Stadium. The studio is on top of our newly built garage and features all-new furniture and linens, some vintage pieces, and work from local artists and photographers. The space is ideal for two adults. The fold-out loveseat is perfect for a child.

Enjoy this private, comfortable guest apartment minutes from downtown. Located on the ground floor of our primary residence, our guest apartment has dedicated parking, an outdoor patio and it’s own entrance so guests can enjoy the space in total comfort and privacy. The one bed /one bathroom unit has a full kitchenette and seating area. Enjoy the views onto acres of wooded area and be at the 40 Watt Club downtown with a 15 min walk.
