'The Snug' is a fully licensed, private apartment attached to our Bungalow with its own entrance & is ideal for couples. There are stairs to access the property. We live in a lovely residential area. 2 min walk away there is a direct bus route into Edinburgh City Centre. The bus takes approx 25 min & stops include Haymarket and Princes Street. It takes 15 min to drive to the City Centre & Edinburgh Airport, & a 12 min drive to Murrayfield stadium. Locally there’s 2 pubs, 2 restaurant & a Co-op.

My flat is ideal for those with a car exploring Scotland outside of the capital city or for those who like to mix the city life with the quiet countryside.

There are many good and varied restaurants and cafes in Dunfermline, three miles away, however if you want to "eat in", the kitchen is equipped with all you need to make a simple meal. Please note that there is no oven and the electric hob is a single hob.
