The Orangery, Organic Vineyard stay with pool.

The Orangery is a studio space situated at Coes Farm an organic vineyard and orchard making natural wines and ciders and offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Unique eco sustainable guest house built in 2022 with stunning views over private fields lined with Oak Trees as well as views overlooking a private new pristine 17m swimming pool. The beautiful pool is heated from March 2026. Quiet location, country walks (close to National Park) and a local pub 1 mile away. Modern, new stylish interiors with a cosy wood burner (in Winter months) and a large patio, BBQ and fire pit outside (wood not included). Conveniently located 15 miles to Gatwick Airport.

Horley Station is 7 minute walk away with direct links to Airport, London or Brighton. Bedroom has a king bed and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2 is set as extra space and an office - (sofa bed available on request) Full kitchen including microwave, gas oven and hob and washer dryer. Pet friendly - bring your dogs (and cats) along.

The bottom of the downs a five minute drive and a handful of pubs all within a 5mile radius. Plumpton station a 2 minute drive you can be in London within the hour.

The pod has WiFi from Three 4G (somewhat unreliable though from the woods & valley) and integrated bluetooth speakers. * The electric is powered by Solar - NO HAIR DRYERS, STRAIGHTENERS, FANS ETC *

Our converted self contained one bedroom cottage in the heart of the Ashdown Forest within easy walking distance to the famous Winnie The Pooh Bridge plus two delightful old country pubs. We are only a short distance from the historic Hever castle home of Anne Boleyn, many National trust properties, Sheffield park and gardens and Standen House. Beautiful hand-crafted woodland cabin with hot tub

This stunning hand-crafted cabin is the master piece of a highly talented Sussex craftsman. It is constructed using sustainable oak, chestnut and ash from the surrounding woods. It is full of gorgeous bespoke detailing, for example the entrance to the cabin is inspired by a sea cave in Cornwall. It's secret location is like another world, up on a bank above a winding stream in the dappled light of old oak trees. The air is full of bird song and deer run freely all around.

Idyllic Shepherd's hut in a quiet secluded meadow

Cozy inside and with gorgeous views outside, if that sounds like a splendid mix, then set off for the high-weald area of outstanding natural beauty and a self-catering stay at Gabriel's Rest, a gorgeous little shepherd's hut set in a peaceful and tranquil corner of a Sussex meadow with its own little garden. This idyllic retreat is set at Pococksgate Farm. It's all very peaceful here, and a relaxing place to just chill out all by yourselves with no one else around you.

The Woodland Zeppelin (Outdoor Bath Available April to November) Our Zeppelin landed in 2017 and has been a popular romantic and lifestyle retreat, from busy lives, since then. The woodland Zeppelin is designed differently inside to the original Airship 001, to appeal to all couples and those who have enjoyed their stays with us, previously. This accommodation has no mains plug sockets and sparse mobile signal. It was designed by the architect Roderick James.
