Véritable havre de paix, la Maison offre une vue imprenable sur l’étang, nichée sur 3 ha de forêt. Bain chauffé au bois à 38 °C pour se détendre sous les étoiles ✨✨, au son des grenouilles et des colverts. Profitez d’une douce balade romantique en barque, à pied ou en VTT. Ici, le temps s’écoule autrement dans une atmosphère cocooning et relaxante : un vrai moment de détente. Lit fait à l’arrivée. Bain chaud à l’arrivée sur demande, 1 chauffe/jour. Petit-déjeuner en option : 8 € par personne.

Grand studio avec terrasse vue sur la rivière

Studio de 32m2 avec grande terrasse, il se trouve dans l'enceinte du beau village de Vianne, au calme et à deux pas des commerces. Des places de parking gratuites se trouvent en face du studio (1 min de marche). Depuis la chambre vous aurez une vue sur la rivière Baïse et les péniches, et depuis la terrasse une vue sur le jardin. L'accès au studio se fait par une porte au fond de notre jardin (coffre à clés). Draps, serviettes de bain et linge de maison fournis 🙂 voie verte toute proche.

Local boat restaurant, open all year round, can be accessed on foot in 5 mins, via the lakeside path. Only 8 min walk to Marciac centre, with shops and restaurants. Cultural activities including year round concerts at the Astrada, famous Marciac Jazz festival, local vineyards, and historic sites all within easy reach.

Refurbished between 2022 and 2024, Gites de Verger have everything you need for a getaway with friends or family.  The three gites (sleeping 6, 6 & 4) can be rented separately or together, accommodating a maximum of 16 people so are great for a group holiday.   A large shared terrace and outside kitchen area is perfect for larger gatherings and communal dining / BBQs. Separate terraces for each gite allow smaller groups some privacy while still enjoying the pool, large hot tub and garden.

In the winter take the time to breathe in the history of the area, sip coffee on the local terraces, visit the local vineyards and enjoy the peacefulness of the surrounding rolling countryside. The area is famous for armangac, D'Artagnan and foie gras.
