Samsula Cottage peaceful setting and relaxing

1926 Samsula cottage has a relaxed quiet beach feel. It is off highway 44 and ten minutes to the beach close to Daytona racing. The cottage sits on 10 acres room for bikes, and Rv’s. It can sleep 4. Pet friendly and there is an enclosed pet run or shed for bikes. Golfing and good restaurants are three minutes. DisneyWorld is one hour away. We have one bedroom with queen bed and one queen sleeper in the patio area. The space sleeps four. We are following cleaning guidelines recommended by Airbnb.

We are family oriented and have a pull out couch for the kids and a large fenced in yard so your pets can frolic. Use the grill and sit in the gardens. Soak in the hot tub. Take the bicycles and discover the town. Use the kayaks, beach umbrellas/chairs, and fishing equipment and take advantage of our beautiful outdoors

Our two bedroom bungalow is newly remodeled with granite countertops and fully furnished with everything you'd want for a relaxing escape to New Smyrna Beach. The community has pickleball and tennis courts. Just a few steps away from the private veranda is the Oyster Quay Beach Access and Atlantic Ocean. Close to Flagler Avenue to the North where you can find local shops & restaurants. To the South is JB's Fish Camp where you can enjoy a tasty meal. Come enjoy our little slice of heaven!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A 5 minute walk on a dedicated path leads directly to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, or take a dip in one of 3 pools (1 heated).

There are NO 3rd party bookings with out approval. So if you book-you must be present. This log home is made from Conn. wood and built by my father. It sits on 8 acres. There are 2 units in this one very large cabin. They are separate apartments that are only connected by a wrap around porch. So you get to enjoy your privacy. This property is 15 min to beach, 5 min from 95. There is close to 25 restaurants in about 1/4 mile. We have a SHOPPING Pavilion! About 1/2 mile!!
