Mimi's Farmhouse in Palmetto, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths

This quiet, updated farmhouse is located one mile from 275 and I 75 in Palmetto. It has 3 bedrooms, one with a king bed , the second with a full size bed, and the third with two twin beds. Bathroom #1 has a shower and Bath #2 has a bathtub but does not have a shower head. A portion of the yard is fenced in for pets and provides an open space. The house utilizes a treated well and provides water cooler for drinking. There is a covered carport for vehicle and patio area with table.

This home did *NOT* flood during the hurricanes. It’s fully functional. Direct/Private saltwater access in the backyard, fishing off the dock, HEATED pool, waterfall, paddle boards, kayaks, basketball hoop, beautiful backyard garden, garage gym, sauna. Family friendly neighborhood. Always professionally cleaned. I do my best to create a clean, fun, amenity filled space for families. Welcome to my original 1925 Casita, built in the heyday of the John Ringling era. We are centrally located between Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, and Bradenton, making it an ideal place to explore all the area has to offer. Getting around is easy since we are located very close to the Ringling Museum of Art. Plus, it is only a short 15-minute drive to downtown Lido Beach and St. Armands Circle.
