Rutland has beautiful scenery for walkers and cyclists, great fishing , excellent pubs for Real Ale or great food and Stamford and Oakham are 6 miles away. This property has been completely refurbished , we had to take it back to bare brick and even replace the floors. New windows, doors, electrics, plumbing, gas central heating and we even had it re-roofed using original materials.
