A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. Vicino ai centri abitati di Valtournenche e Cervinia (3 Km circa) ma comunque isolato dal caos è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi, osservare panorami incantevoli, ascoltare il silenzio della montagna, fare sport e fantastiche passeggiate partendo proprio dalla casa!

Le Cabanon du Pont St-Charles se trouve sur les hauteurs du village de Bourg-St-Pierre, niché face au magnifique jardin alpin de La Linnaea. Notre cabanon ainsi que sa terrasse sont construits avec du matériel noble comme le mélèze et sapin. Un fourneau à bois pour les moments douillets. Un espace vert d'environ 350 m2 pour se relaxer, détendre, boire le thé, l'apéro ou grillades...

È una tipica casa di montagna, situata nel villaggio Le Cret a 1770 m di quota, la cui costruzione risale al XVI secolo e veniva utilizzata come granaio per lo conservazione dei cereali. Si tratta di una porzione di fabbricato che fa parte di un complesso completamente ristrutturato e, come per le altre unità abitative, la ristrutturazione è avvenuta mantenendo il più possibile lo stile e i materiali originali, compatibilmente con le necessità abitative moderne.
