We are situated on the Devon and Cornwall border near to Bude. Sam and I live at the farmhouse and have opened it up for bed and breakfast. The bedroom has a superking sized bed. Is newly decorated. The bathroom which is privately yours has a 2 person spa jacuzzi/ hot tub bath , rain fall shower beautifully decorated. Large garden with lake side walks for you to enjoy birds and other wildlife. The Blue Room is in what was an old bakery, now pottery, on Paternoster row, in the ancient Devon town of Ottery St. Mary. One antique double bed., The sea at Sidmouth is about six miles away. Glorious countryside, walking cycling, antique hunting and just relaxing. Loads of places to explore, Pubs and Inns to find, Ancient Mediaeval Church, Famous Poet and the Burning Tar barrels. We now have a Beaver family creating great interest on the river Otter. There is a safe pace to keep bicycles.

We are a small friendly B&B in Dartmouth centre, on waterfront with stunning views of the river and out to sea. En-suite bedroom on ground floor with king sized double bed, door leading to 2 single beds (cot available). Bath and shower. Nearby there is free parking from 4pm until 11am from May until the end of September if there is a space available. (2hrly during day). Winter parking free.
