Lapwings is a 3 bed 1st floor apartment situated in a prime position being just a 2 minute walk from the amazing sea front with its 2 miles of sandy beach and Exmouth Marina which offers fishing and boat trips, birdwatching trips and water Taxi’s to Dawlish Warren and the Famous River Exe water cafe. Alternatively a short two minute walk in the opposite direction takes you to Exmouth town center with it’s amenities which include the railway and bus links, along with restaurants, cafes and bars.

The apartment boasts beautiful sea views from double bedroom which comes equipped with modern en-suite bathroom (shower and bath). We would welcome adults only. We are ideally located in a quiet residential area just 1 mile from the beach and the South West coastal Path. The town is 1.5 miles .
