Este ha sido nuestro refugio ocasional de descanso y ahora empezamos a alquilarlo por primera vez, después de reformarlo. Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.

La buena vida

Luminoso,sereno, amplio... un espacio donde el tiempo parece otro, más lento. Disfrutar del sol y de la sombra, trabajar con la casa abierta, sumergirnos en el agua, comer y cenar al aire libre, leer, jugar, pasear por la playa, cocinar sin prisa... la buena vida. Como arquitecto, después de hacer muchas reformas, sé que la luz y el espacio son el verdadero lujo. Un espacio principal que se abre completamente a la terraza orientada hacia el mar, hacia el atardecer, en un entorno muy tranquilo.

The modern apartment in Mare Verde residence is located in the center of the popular Costa Adeje area, next to the beaches Torviscas and Playa Fanabe, restaurants, stores, pharmacies. The flat is on the second floor. It is very well furnished with air conditioners and a safe box.
