Villa Flora si trova nell'area marina protetta del Plemmirio, nella località di Terrauzza. E' situata in un quartiere residenziale tranquillo a un minuto a piedi dal mare e vi si accede tramite una strada privata con cancello automatico in ingresso. La villetta è circondata da un bel giardino e da uno spazio comodo per le cene all'aperto.
