The Fold has its own dedicated garden & patio overlooking the goat paddock and long uninterrupted views of the countryside. It’s designed to have a comforting, stylish & peaceful quality, with everything you need for a relaxing & memorable break away with grounding easy walks directly into the farm.

The Woodland Cabin with Private Hot Tub Spa

Step into a world of peace and privacy in a secluded cabin. The perfect setting for romance, relaxation and a touch of luxury. Soak under the stars in the private hot tub, cozy up by the wood burner, the scent of countryside air and the sound of birdsong. With a comfy double bed, fitted bathroom, kitchenette, gas BBQ. Surrounded by scenic walking trails, charming pubs, and nearby heritage spots, this is the perfect romantic retreat to slow down, reconnect, and create unforgettable memories.

The Carriage House, Haversham

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Stay in the Carriage House to enjoy the garden and relax in the spacious interior whether for work, a romantic break or R&R. This stone barn was renovated in 2012 by the owners, retaining the character of the original building, whilst installing underfloor heating, an air source heat pump, a fabulous kitchen, oak windows, doors and staircase and a beautiful bedroom. The location is rural and secluded in a small village close to Milton Keynes.

Located in the pretty market town of Olney, home of the song “Amazing Grace”. Phonebox 16 is a unique and stylish studio. The bedroom is usually a superking size bed but it could be made up as 2 single beds. Please let us know if you would like 2 single beds. Locally there is choice of restaurants, pubs and shops along with open countryside, walks and a country park with sailing, boardwalks, cafe and bird viewing hides overlooking the lakes.

Smiths Farm Stable Cottage

2 bedroom converted stables on a farm location - sleeps up to 4 people with 1 x double bedroom, 1 x single bedroom and 1 x sofa bed that folds out into a large 1.5 times single . Great facilities & parking available. Located centrally between Northampton, Milton Keynes and Bedford, Smiths Farm is a mile from the historic and beautiful market town of Olney .Within 40mins:Silverstone, Bletchley Park, Salcey Forest, Santa Pod.

Weston Underwood - self-contained cottage annexe

This charming and characterful self-contained annexe is situated in the centre of Weston Underwood, one of the prettiest villages in North Bucks. Peaceful and quiet but within easy walking distance of a 17th Century pub serving real ales and pub food. The market town of Olney with its restaurants, bars, antique shops and supermarkets is 2 miles away. The annexe is in the garden of a Grade II Listed thatched cottage.

'The Bothy'

A tranquil space to enjoy for work or pleasure, providing comfortable accommodation and a private courtyard garden. A log burner giving warmth and a cosy feel for those colder evenings, makes 'The Bothy' an ideal place to stay all year round. Situated alongside our boutique family vineyard you are welcomed by a scenic entrance on arrival. Private tours and tastings can be arranged at certain times of the year.

There is ample courtyard space available for multiple vehicles, and the garden is the perfect place for your morning cup of tea.
