Tiny in size but so much to love, our thoughtfully made off-grid cabin features panoramic winery valley views and unique personal touches making your stay extra special. Take it all in soaking in a warm bath on your own private deck, plus a Queen bed, you are surrounded by nature yet still walking distance to 3 award-winning wineries, a hatted restaurant feat. a wine list of "local stars, international pours and a local bracket of curious jewels". Close to beaches and wild coastal nature areas.

The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

YOKO Luxury Cabin

Nestled on a quiet road on the cusp of Blairgowrie you will find YOKO cabin. Influenced by Japanese and Nordic design, this cosy 2 bed 1 bath cabin is your luxury getaway, it’s time to explore and unwind. Cosy up in front of the fire or entertain on the outdoor deck with bbq & garden fire pit, which will be enough to make you not want to leave. But if you do, you are only a stones throw away from some of the best eateries & boutiques the Southern part of the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.

Idyllic Flinders location with the “iconic” golf course circuit walk just out front. The studio is within easy walking distance to the Flinders Hotel, Restaurants and Cafes, Boutique shopping, Art Galleries and our fabulous General store. Beautiful yet wild Bass Straight views are just 100mt down the road. Walk to Cyril’s, Hoppers and Big Left surfing spots. Your accommodation is just down the garden path, past the main house to where your self contained sanctuary awaits.

Kookaburra's Rest ~ St. Andrews Beach

Your private & cosy abode awaits you. Relax amongst the trees, shrubs, & birds, share the mesmerising warmth around a fire & enjoy a secluded outdoor shower whilst star gazing. Inside, you are greeted by a full timber interior, lush plants, quaint pottery, & comfy furniture. The 2 bedrooms include a snug Queen & 1 set of single bunk beds with wardrobes. The galley kitchenette has basic essentials, including a microwave, a fridge & an outdoor Bbq.

Sunnybanks Studio

A modern, well equipped, one bedroom studio centrally located in the Flinders village. Perfect for a relaxed getaway; just a short stroll to local cafes, restaurants, shops and beaches. Sunnybanks Studio is a separate dwelling on the property, which also contains the main house. Studio guests have a dedicated carport and sole use of the fully fenced back yard. Pet friendly and private, with everything you need for a relaxing time.

Merricks Stable - The Hayshed

Located in Merricks North on the Mornington Peninsula, The Hayshed is the perfect retreat for 2 guests to enjoy all seasons. Whether it's relaxing on the deck with a glass of local wine overlooking the picturesque surrounding farmland, or lounging by the cosy wood fire in the cooler months with a hot chocolate and good book in hand, this lovingly restored hayshed will captivate you from the moment you open the rustic front door.

The Sweet Escape Balnarring

Nestled behind a large Oak tree and lush gardens, this charming two bedroom cottage is located on the Mornington Peninsula and is within walking distance to Balnarring Beach and shops. It has a country style kitchen with Coonara fireplace, two living areas and is ideally suited to four people, although it can accommodate up to five people This is a cat and dog friendly property. Beauford Lodge

My place is good for couples. There is only one bed room plus a sofa bed down stairs. Beauford Lodge is a peaceful semi-rural retreat, just over an hour from Melbourne, on the Mornington Peninsula. Wine, home made chocolate brownies and home made bread & jam for breakfast, (no Gluten free alternatives or other food intolerance's catered for).
