Mima’s Efficiency part of Casita 305 is an addition of the restored classic Florida cottage with two sections. The front is Casita 305 and the back is Mima’s Efficiency. They are connected by a hallway apart with private entrances. They can be reserved together as a complete unit or separate. Designed as a get away for one person with a pull-out twin daybed option if needed.
