The Green House on Remington is a cozy turn-of-the-century house with new modern comforts and a convenient place to stay in Old Town. Easy walking to CSU campus, also to the downtown area with its variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. The house has a spacious backyard and patio. Our recently remodeled home is a perfect getaway for all. The house is a duplex, with two working professionals living in the basement. They have their own separate entrance and do not share any spaces with you.

The third floor has queen bed and bath and also has access to the patio with outdoor fireplace and seating! Enjoy the colorado evenings sitting out on the 3rd floor patio! Also each room has a TV for entertainment and there is also a BBQ grill on the patio off the kitchen! Enjoy your stay!
