We do live on property in the main house.

Enchanting 1 BR/1 BTH carriage house in Fort Wayne, close to amenities, but nestled amidst trees and wildlife for privacy and serenity. This second story space located minutes from downtown, Parkview and PFW still sits on a quiet 2 acre lot. The built in shelves, drawers, chef's kitchen, designated work area and ample closet space make it ideal for a longer term rental. The bedroom has a queen bed. The pull out sofa provides another queen sleep space. This is a pet free/smoke free environment.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The entire house is yours to yourself!! Quiet friendly neighborhood with spacious backyard and off street parking. We have 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds- 1 soft pillow top mattress, and 1 firm memory foam mattress; to better suit guests different preferences. Smart TV located in the living room. We have an enclosed patio with monopoly table for play. Close to embassy theater, zoo, coliseum and more- We can help with easy directions!!

This tranquil apartment features a cozy queen bed and a nice living room with a pull out couch perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Make up and vanity room to get ready for any big day ahead! Spacious dining room table for any family gathering! Enjoy extra large bathtub, hair dryer, linens, and soaps for convenience. Whether you’re unwinding or working, the apartment offers a calm and awesome setting. This Victorian Historic Home was built in 1886 converted for all modern amenities.
