We offer the entire second floor of our home: two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, and a well-stocked breakfast / snack room. We are located literally seconds off Rt. 128 / I-95, in a quiet, secluded area. Our deck, gardens and grounds (which include a pond, birdfeeders, and, perhaps, wildlife sightings) are available for your enjoyment. There's a small fridge, microwave, Brio hot/cold filtered water dispenser, Keurig. Coffee, tea, milks, homemade muffins, granola bars :). Please note: GUESTS MUST BE ON THE LISTING. NO KITCHEN facilities. Full bath (w/ shower) in attached ell. Bright & cheery, close to barn & goat pen. Shaded outdoor grass patio w/ teak furniture. Orchard (w/ fire pit), pastures, hay fields, stream, walking trails in woods.

NEAT, somewhat funky STUDIO APARTMENT - WATERVIEW

Apartment has a queen bed, 2 chairs, dresser, small loveseat, TV (with Fire Stick for streaming); kitchenette with refrigerator, coffee maker, oven/broiler, microwave, blender, utensils, cookware; bathroom. There is a private entrance plus a slider out to the patio (yours during your visit), with our expansive gardens. You'll be left a small continental breakfast, coffee/tea, as well as some of our veggie harvest when available..

Spring is here with summer just around the corner. How about doing something different, something unique? Book with me for that weekend before a birthday. What a great Kodak moment!! My place is very quiet, very comfortable....a little piece of heaven. Spend Easter getting away for a weekend. How about Memorial Day weekend? I still have some openings for summer, but it is filling up fast. Plan ahead.......... :)
