The house is located on a 300+ acre working ranch, with access to the Pedernales River. The bedrooms have a queen size bed with luxury linens and a bathroom with a champagne bubble tub and walk-in shower. The cottage is about a 5 minute drive to town, so you have the advantage of being peacefully out in the country enjoy the dark night sky full of stars. There are 3 AC window units in the Cottage, the Living room, the Master and the Kitchen, the house easily cools to 70 degrees on a hot day.
