As Casas da Chaminé são recuperação de uma casa tradicional antiga. Foram cuidadosamente criadas de forma a promover uma vivência em contexto rural em casa típica, num ambiente moderno e confortável. Constituída por três casas independentes, dispõe ainda de um amplo jardim com piscina, uma pequena horta e pomar e um alpendre com churrasqueia (partilhados por todos hospedes). An option for those who want to explore the main attractions of the western part of the island, but wish to stay in a place off the beaten track. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A CAT living in the cottage, she's an INDOOR/OUTDOOR CAT. If you don't like cats or are allergic to them, the cottage is not a suitable option for you.

The house used to be a wine cellar of the property, is inserted in a paradise organic farm with fruit trees, vegetable garden and vineyard, as well as a beautiful garden. The interior is decorated with ancient pieces of oxbow and wine barrels, pieces that were used in another time in the farm for the varied activities. The airport is 12km from the house, main city Ponta Delgada 9km, several beaches are 12 km far.
