Uživajte u potpunoj privatnosti u ovoj dizajnerski uređenoj kući za odmor smještenoj na selu, idealnoj za parove ili obitelj.Kuca ima 109m2 na parceli od 750 m2. Kuća nudi dvije udobne spavaće sobe sa kupaonom,dnevni boravak, potpuno opremljenu kuhinju i prekrasan vanjski prostor sa roštiljem na plin i sa grijanim, masažnim bazenom. Kuća je udaljena 2 km od svih sadržaja.Nalazi se u središnjoj Istri, što je čini izvrsnim polazištem za istraživanje cijelog poluotoka. Natkriveni parking za 2 auta.

Das neu erbaute Baskarad House liegt im Ort Valbandon, bei Pula, im herzen Istriens . Das Haus umgibt ein 5000 m² großes und eingezäuntes Grundstück und ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern , Gruppen oder Tierliebhaber. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Banken, Post, Restaurants, Badestrand usw. sind im nahegelegenen und sehr beliebten Fischerdorf, Fažana, (ca 5 Autominuten) aufzufinden. Den nächsten Supermarkt können sie in 15 min zu Fuss erreichen und das Meer in 25 min zu Fuss.

Villa Istria is suitable for up to 6 persons in 3 bedrooms with comfortable double beds and ensuite bathrooms. The highlight is definitely the private swimming pool with sun loungers next to it, just to get the prefect summer tan and to enjoy the fresh Istrian air. From there you will also have a view onto the beautiful olive garden!

Villa Dunja smještena je na mirnoj lokaciji s privatnim bazenom u blizini Pule . Ovaj lijepi smještaj može primiti do 8 osoba i udaljen je 10km od mora. Pješice možete doći do restorana ,marketa i caffe bara. Vila se prostire na više od 500m2 okućnice i 130 m2 kuće. U privatnom vrtu nalazi se bazen s vanjskim tušem, roštilj s vrtnom garniturom i vanjski stol .Cijela kuća klimatizirana je i ima besplatan wi-fi priključak.

Naša kuća za odmor je jedinstveno mjesto u neposrednoj blizini Amfiteatra Arena. Smještena u sporednoj tihoj ulici sa zelenom privatnom oazom prepunom autohtonog bilja. Do prošle sezone iznajmljivali smo jedan manji dio kuće ,dok je od ove sezone 2024. godine naš smještaj renoviran i proširen kako bi bio veći i komotniji. Besplatan WiFI
