Back deck is a very private setting with charcoal grill. The cottage is a quiet setting with the exception of gun shots that can be heard from a shooting range that is approximately 1/2 mile from the cottage.

A cozy family getaway. While staying here, you will get to live in this historic stone home with a beautiful log addition. The original structure was built in the 1700s and served as the servant's quarters for the stone house across the road where your hosts now live. Set out in the country, you will be delighted with the peaceful environment created by the woods, fields, and buggies going by on the road. The house is set close to the road, so traffic can be heard at times.

Overlooking beautiful pastures, the cottage was formerly the large painting studio of Delaware Valley artist Peter Sculthorpe. The loft is in a newly renovated barn, located on our small farm in Gap PA. The location is approximately 15 min from Lancaster County’s main attractions.
