If desired, we are delighted to guide you through the house and share with you almost 200 years of our home's rich history. Roam freely through our 120 acres of gardens, farmland and woodlands, or enjoy a guided tour of our grounds and learn of present day efforts to transform our land into a nature reserve.

Enjoy everything Mullingar has to offer! Our 2 bedroom house is cosy and only a 15 minute walk into the town centre. Spend your days discovering the surrounding area as there are many things to do nearby (golf, lakes, restaurants etc) As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay - the kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.

Magical gothic 3 bedroom mini-castle.

The Clonmellon Lodge is an 18th c. gothic mini castle recently restored, newly refurbished bathrooms and kitchen, all in one floor, with easy access to the grounds of Killua Castle. The Lodge can fit 5 people comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first one with an ( American) Queen size bed, and the second with a double size bed. There is an office with a daybed that can sleep an small adult comfortably, and it has a full bathroom next to it.

Mary’s cottage at Tonylion house is cosy 2 bedroom, both with en-suite, Kitchen and beautiful sunroom looking out over beautiful mature gardens. Outdoor table and chairs. It’s all electric heating. For very hot days there is Air conditioning in the cottage. Wi-Fi and Netflix, sky Tv on 55 inch screen. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Disconnect from the world in our totally off grid cottage. Sit back & enjoy the peaceful scenic surroundings. Only 45 minutes from M50 junction 6 & 40 minutes from Emerald Park. We have limited Internet access due to cottage being off grid. Wifi is available but dependent on weather & the amount of connections.
