This cozy 2 story guest suite w/separate entrance and deck, is part of a large 200 year old Amesbury farmhouse set on a peaceful 3 acre lot. The first floor contains a comfortable living/dining area, along with small charming bathroom. Upstairs is a large bedroom with vaulted ceiling, skylights, king-sized bed and sitting area. Amesbury is steeped in history and guests will be close to amazing breweries, restaurants, historical sites, shops, galleries, walking trails, lakes, beaches and more!

This is a private two bedroom one bathroom second floor suite in the owner occupied Tudor style Parker River House. Minutes from downtown Newburyport, the train to Boston, The Governor’s Academy and many outdoor recreational opportunities, the unit overlooks the Parker River and the Great Marsh. It offers a seasonal sleeping porch, a luxurious marble bathroom, large outside deck with a dining table, in unit laundry, refrigerator, microwave and Keurig. Private entrance and adjacent parking.

The apartment, with a private entrance is located in downtown Ipswich. We are within walking distance to restaurants and the commuter rail, which services Salem, Boston etc. May - September, the CATA shuttle stops at the commuter rail station, a 3 minute walk. Some CATA services include Cranes Beach, and the town of Essex (famous for its clams and antique shops). You can also enjoy a river cruise down the Essex River there. Kayaking, canoeing, and fishing are also available in Ipswich.
