Only 5 minutes to downtown Austin, Sixth Street, Zilker Park, and UT sports facilities. 1 bedroom and 1 bath newly decorated in a quiet condominium complex with loads of parking onsite. Cable TV and Internet provided. We are a pet-friendly condo, but charge a $75 pet cleaning fee, which should be paid separately before arrival. This helps us clean the pet hair/deodorize the condo. No more than 2 dogs can be accommodated, and no more than 25 lbs each. Thanks for your understanding
