We are on the magnificent Gippsland Lakes in the heart of the Victorian Riviera. It is true we get more sun than Mildura! When it is raining and bleak in Melbourne, close your eyes and picture winter sun at Eagle Point.

Rockbank Retreat is a self contained guest suite situated on a 92 acre farm in the coastal hills off Bass Straight, not far from Phillip Island. It will make you feel like you are miles from anyone yet only minutes away from pristine Bass Coast beaches, rail trails and towns of South Gippsland. Karbeethong Hill

‘Karbeethong Hill’ is a completely SC private one bedroom unit with QS bed. Ensuite, fully equipt kitchen/living room. The apartment has fantastic views overlooking the lake and Howe Range with garden furniture and barbecue on the private deck. All bed linen and towels, tea/coffee making machine and coffee pods supplied. This home is on the top of Karbeethong hill so there are stairs to access the unit, very manageable with handrails and good night lighting.
