Close enough to beaches, restaurants, shops, harbor, penguins, hikes, tidal pools, Cape Point, Kalk bay, Muizenberg & much more. (Not suitable for loud parties, we are in a complex & must consider our neighbors)

Spectacular sea views in quaint Kalk Bay

The sea views from our airbnb suite (2 bedrooms and a lounge) are fabulous. Behind us is the mountain reserve and in front lies the wide expanse of False Bay. Down below on the rocks is a natural tidal pool, safe for swimming. We are close to Kalk Bay fishing harbour, the quaint Kalk Bay village, several other tidal pools (perfect for cold swimmers!) and Fishhoek & Muizenberg beaches. We have newly renovated and enlarged our Airbnb space which is now separate from our living space and private.

Glencairn, tucked away between Fish Hoek and Simons Town you will find Sea Holly. With decor inspired by the blue mussel shell makes for a tranquil setting. A super practical linear kitchen with a cute dinning area. A Queen bed flanked by wall lights opening up the space on the bedside tables. The arm chairs are great for relaxing after a fun filled day. Attractions: Glencairn beach and Tidal pool only 7min walk, amazing local restaurants and shops with fresh produce and chemist 5min walk.

Hi, I’m Yvette I’ve been hosting guests at my villa since 2007. Ocean’s Echo is my home-away-from-home - a piece of paradise in Cape Town’s Southern Peninsula, that has views spanning the entire False Bay coastline, from Simon’s Town to Muizenberg. I’ve lived in Cape Town my entire life and am able to offer advice, give ideas for itineraries, and provide insider tips on restaurants and attractions in the Mother City. Nestled in the exclusive area of Cairnside, this semi-detached house offers the perfect place to enjoy beautiful views of False Bay and is less than 5 mins from the local beach and tidal pool. One of our favourite past times is watching the water activities from the sheltered deck. Whale spotting, kite surfers jumping in the bay, sailing regattas and flocks of birds migrating along the coast. The sun rises across this side of the bay, if you're up early you'll be mesmerised by the view.

Private entrance & parking & is only 5 minutes walk to Simons Town amenities, harbour & beaches close by.

With it's contemporary design, rock-rustic features incorporated with stunning elevated views of the Fish Hoek area and modern amenities, the Carved rock provides a tranquil, earthy grounding sensation that brings about comfort and relaxation to all guests. Special thought had gone into the process of accommodating each guest for either business or leisure. This listing is located on a quiet secluded gravel road on a mountain and not ideal for those who demand fast conveniences.

The Hide Away - Romantic Cottage to Watch Whales

Smell the ocean, breathe in incredible views and never leave this most secret special hideaway. If you want a rustic albeit sometimes windy escape to restore your soul then it's for you. Please note you need to go down (and back up) 90 stairs to the property.
