Period mud brick cottage originally built sometime before or around 1900 with family history stretching back five generations and the gold rush. It is located approximately 5-6 kms from the township of Avoca Victoria and it is within walking distance of a couple of local wineries and the Percydale historic area. It is isolated from any close neighbours and you do not have to share facilities with any other guests.

101 Love Shack

Our rustic 1903 mud-brick studio is made from river sand and mud sourced from the local Great Western area. The studio was built as a fruit kitchen by the Patching family who owned and operated a number of orchards along Concongella Creek and Salt Creek. The fruit kitchen has been recently renovated into a 1-bed studio which offers history and modern comforts. The cottage is surround by farm land meaning there is an abundance of animals to watch and enjoy, including Kangaroos.

Bet Bet Creek Homestead

A large, family friendly, country home, Bet Bet Creek Homestead is a tranquil getaway set on the banks of the Bet Bet Creek. Situated between the rural towns of Maryborough and Avoca, our charming mud brick house can comfortably sleep 8 people, with its four bedrooms and two living areas. There is a large outdoor area with an outdoor fire and gas BBQ, lounge and dining table. Be sure not to miss the sensational sunset over the front paddock or a walk along the creek.

The Barn at Weatherboard

Set among an abundant and lively garden, The Barn is our fully detached, unique guest house. The building was originally a fully functional blue stone farm barn but since owning the property we have converted the space into an open plan house, complete with kitchen, bathroom, large living area and two mezzanine bedrooms. The outside remains in its original state while the inside has been decorated with a collection of artwork and objects from our travels overseas.
