The apartment was fully renovated in 2025 and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. It features a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and all basic kitchen equipment. For your convenience, there is also air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, and a safe. Private free parking is available, as well as a large garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine in the peaceful Karst surroundings.

Počitniška hišica na podeželju "BEe in foREST"

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

A self-catering apartment in a family house in the Slovenian Karst region. The house is very comfortable and spacious, with a big yard and terrace. The apartment is on the ground floor, with an easy access. Two spacious bedrooms have all the necessary equipment to serve as a sleeping and living room – perfect for a family with two or three children! The apartment boasts a spacious kitchen with all the necessary equipment and condiments available. There is even an old piano to rehearse!

V okolici je tudi veliko kmečkih turizmov, ki ponujajo lokalne dobrote visoke kakovosti po zelo ugodnih cenah... Pohodniki in kolesarji pa lahko uživajo v slikovitih poteh in razgledih ki jih nudi bližnja okolica.

Cosy 1 bedroom apartment

Apartment is located in Zavrhek, a small village 7 minutes from Primorska highway and few minutes drive from Škocjanske caves which are a part of UNESCO heritage. Another monument worth visiting is 20 minute drive to Lipica and its Lipizzan stud farm. Nature lovers will find our little village calming as you can walk around safely. For cyclists there are many marked routes around Zavrhek, mostly passing through woods and meadows. Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

Hikers, cyclists, and nature lovers are welcome. Ours is an old traditional Karst house, originally a farmhouse, L-shaped with a private courtyard enclosed by walls and an ancient door. Private pool. L’appartamento S&A House si trova a Bagnoli della Rosandra, paese all’imbocco della Riserva della Val Rosandra/Dolina Glinščice, a pochi chilometri da Trieste, a ridosso del confine con la Slovenia. Grazie al suo ricchissimo patrimonio naturalistico la Val Rosandra, con il suo corso d'acqua superficiale unico del Carso triestino, il Torrente Glinščica e alla cascata di circa 40m è sempre stata meta di escursionisti e rocciatori.
