The apartment is located on a cul de sac in the peaceful neighborhood of John's Pond Estates in the coastal town of Mashpee, Massachusetts. This is more than a studio. It is a spacious studio with a full-size bed, full bath with a fully equipped kitchen, but you'll also have access to an adjacent laundry and fitness room.
