Menemsha Cottage

Bell Buoy is lovely water view cottage with one bedroom, full bath, full kitchen, living room with wood burning fireplace,water view sun deck, screened porch and outdoor shower. Menemsha beach is just down the path and passes to a Chilmark's Private Beaches - Lucy Vincent or Squibnocket are included. Our guest have use of all of the inn's facilities including the gym , tennis court and paddle craft launch. A special feature is grilling dinner watching the setting sun drop into the sea.

This cabin is full of comforts, convenience, and love. Just 4 miles from the ocean. It is located under a mile to Buzzards Bay Brewery and Westport Rivers Winery and a 5 minute walk to the quiet little neighborhoods private beach on the East Branch of the Westport River. Koselig embodies feelings of family, friends, warmth, love, coziness, contentment, and comfort. Upper Cape Cozy Cottage

Simple but cozy cottage on an acre property next to the main house. Moderate sized bedroom and living room. Small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.
