Five minutes walking from most of the main attractions, such as the castle, the flea market or Lisbon downtown, this apartment is placed in a calm residential district making possible to avoid the daily rush of the central city. The apartment had been recentrly remodeled and is fully equiped for a major confort.

The apartement is an open space with bathroom, full kitchen and a small closet for guests to store their clothes. Was conceived by me, I create a relaxing and warmth place where the guest can feel like home. It´s perfect for couples, it´s located in a very calm neighborhood. Is well located, close to the river, the main train and metro station of Santa Apolónia The lower part of Lisbon (Baixa) is in walking distance; such is the famous tramway 28, for an old-fashion trip around ancient Lisbon.

Charming apartment in Chiado with 2 terraces

The flat and the whole area are nineteenth-century older period and it is decorated with furniture in such a way as to respect the feel of the place. The flat has 1 big suite with a king size bed that can be separated and have 2 single beds, 1 closet, 1 big complete bathroom and also a terrace to relax with exterior sofas. Then you have a living room (with a double sofa bed), an american kitchen, another little but complete bathroom as well another terrace to have the breakfast outside.

O meu espaço fica perto de Panteão Nacional, feira da Ladra, Miradouro da Senhora do Monte, Clube Ferroviário de Portugal, Estação de Comboios de Santa Apolónia, Centro Histórico, Discoteca Lux, Restaurante Bica do Sapato e Faz Figura. Vai adorar o meu espaço por causa de as vistas, a localização, eo aconchego. O meu espaço é bom para casais, viajantes de negócios, famílias (com crianças), e amigos peludos (animais de estimação).

Apartment by the Graça historic neighbourhood

The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, a living room, a complete bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a nice terrace with a view for the Tejo river. We accept couples with children. The living room has a sofa-bed where two children can sleep. Baker, butcher and grocer's are nearby. Buses nº735, nº712, nº726 and nº730. Historic tram 28 in a 5 minute walk. Metro station of Santa Apolónia in a 12 minute walk.

My flat is located in the heart of the beautiful city of Lisbon. Just a few steps from Avenida da Liberdade or the Glória funicular and just 3 minutes from Rossio and Chiado. You'll enjoy the silence and breathe some fresh air at the terrace. The apartment is very cool in the summer but if needed there are air fans.
