Charming cozy two bed apartment

Perfectly located in the town centre, this two‑bedroom apartment puts you within a short walk of the train and bus stations, the hospital, and the university. The bright, open-plan living area and kitchen create a warm, shared space ideal for cooking, relaxing, or gathering. Two spacious double bedrooms whit workspace for remote work or study. Private ensuite for added privacy. A separate family bathroom offers extra convenience. A sofa bed in the living area for the fifth guest when needed.

The Bungalow at Woodcote is a private, peaceful, self contained bungalow with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, large living area. There is private parking onsite. King size bed in the bedroom, & a pull out double sofa-bed in the living room. TVs have Netflix, Disney & Prime. Fast fibre broadband. We also offer a washing machine and tumble dryer. Close to restaurants, pubs and shops, and a short Uber or bus ride into the town centre. Please note ID may be asked for during check-in.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place, in the heart of Wootton village. Close to the local pub that serves great food with a friendly atmosphere. Excellent location to the business park, Brackmills and 10 minute drive from Northampton train station. Lovely’s walk down to Delapry abbey which hosts various events throughout the year . “Hare Cottage" is a charming retreat nestled amidst the beauty of rolling farmland, offering an idyllic escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life while soaking in the breath-taking views of the surrounding countryside. The cottage provides modern amenities and tasteful decor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests to relax and recharge. Hare Cottage is on the grounds of Hereford House (see photo 30) with its own fenced in garden and patio.

The Pheasantry

A listed (Grade 2) three hundred years old stone farmhouse, our beloved family home for over fifty years. It is in the old part of the village in a half acre garden. 1 hour or less from London, Oxford, Cambridge, Stratford and many stately homes. Ideal for family gatherings, friends' re-unions and for wedding guests. The Space The house is our family home used by us. We reserve four or five weeks a year for our children, grandchildren and friends.
