Pets are welcome for an extra charge of 5.00€ per night, payable upon arrival. We have equipped Villa Rozi to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home.

Dear guests, welcome to our property. The house Jurjoni is located in the countryside and is surrounded by nature. We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. The holiday house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Guests have access to an indoor infrared sauna, which is included in the price. *The outdoor hot tub is available for an additional fee, personally arranged with us.* The house is located next to the Kolpa River, offering a beautiful view of the natural surroundings, making it an ideal spot for nature lovers, relaxation, and outdoor activities. Sure! Tourist tax is not included and can be arranged with us (cash).

Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

It is about a 10 minute drive away from the sea, beaches and other facilities, so it is close enough to the coast, and at the same time not caught up in the usual summer crowds, traffic jams, and a mass of other tourists. The accommodation is perfect for a guest that wants a peaceful retreat close to the best of Croatia's beaches, national and natural parks.

The apartment is located between Novi Vinodolski and Selce, its in a very quiet area so you can relax and injoy your vacation. The beach in located in Novi Vinodolski or Selce and its about 5 km away. If you want sandy beach, there is Crikvenica and its about 8 km away from the apartment. We have a grill area with a stone table and wooden benches were you can eat or just relax and have a cold drink. There is alot of room for parking and its just a few meters from the apartment.

White Apartment

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

Traditional Mediterranean House (isolated village)

House is 10 minutes of driving from closest beach and in proximity to islands of Krk, Cres and Rab. Several nationals parks like Brijuni, Risnjak and Plitvice lakes are within 1-2 hours of driving. Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

The renovated farmhouse "Villa Vallis" (150m²) has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the upper floor. On the ground floor is the living room with a fireplace and the interior kitchen, which is fully furnished to a high standard. The entire villa is air conditioned / heated. There is a covered, shady inner courtyard (60m²) with an outdoor kitchen and an open grill fireplace, which can also turn motor-driven suckling pigs.
