Vana palkmaja ümbritseb avar aed vanade viljapuude, laste mänguväljaku ja aiamööbliga. Majas on kolm hubast ja hästi varustatud korterit: gloria (51 m²), grete (39 m²) ja aurelia (25 m²). Korterid on sisustatud kahele täiskasvanule, võimalik panna lisavoodeid lastele. Samal kinnistul on saun.
