Our island cottage is perfectly placed under a canopy of magnificent live oaks, about 300 steps away from the ocean. Nestled on a quiet beach access street, central to all the best attractions, shopping and eateries on Oak Island; close to attractions in Southport. It is one of our favorite places to spend time together and we look forward to sharing it with you, your loved ones and friends.

Welcome to RISE AND SHINE at Oak Island Beach Villas! Fabulous location on tranquil Caswell Beach. Close to amazing food, the iconic Oak Island Lighthouse, and top rated golf yet you feel the peaceful vibe of being on the east end of the island. Steps from the beach with breathtaking views, this beautifully decorated condo features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and sleeps 5-6. Choose a short walk to the pool (seasonal) or simply relax on the private balcony listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean.

A Beach Getaway at Holden

This is just what you are looking for. An affordable place to relax. Holden is a quiet, friendly, family oriented beach. Our home is located on the third row with no one in front of you. From the new back porch, we are steps to the beach. We are a short walk or bike ride to a public park, restaurants & ice cream. ATTENTION RENTERS! The public beach access closest to us is closed. You will have to use the beach access to the left, about 200 steps. Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old

We also have a twin size bunk bed and a pull out couch, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. 2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

This unit boosts a fully stocked kitchen, ready made beds with all linens and two baths with a set of towels per guest. New furniture, two large wall mounted TV’s, beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are available for your convenience. Sunday -Sunday weekly rental in summer season with the exception of July 11th, 12th weekend is available.

Located in a wooded area 6 miles from Sunset and Ocean Isle Beach, Coral Oak is perfect for those who love to visit the beach but don’t want to stay in the crazy traffic. This house is located right in the middle of Wilmington and Myrtle Beach. You can enjoy all the seafood Calabash has to offer and even WALK to the Silver Coast Winery. This house has some special details so make sure to take the time to check it all out!

MILE TO THE ISLE 1.8 miles to Holden Beach bridge

Renovated and Immaculate comfortable beach cottage in a quiet neighborhood yet just 1.8 miles from the Holden Beach bridge. Shopping and dining are 15 minutes away in Shallotte. Myrtle Beach and Wilmington are both within an hours drive. If you prefer to relax, you can sit on the 10' x 22' deck just outside the kitchen door, or by the fire pit, on a rocking chair or the swing in the open back yard, which is ideal for playing fetch with your dog.

Inter coastal waterway Beautiful views very quiet

Beautiful little 3 bedroom house sitting on the Intercoastal waterway. Huge screened in porch overlooking the water. Private pier to go fishing. Internet and washer and dryer included. Very quiet neighborhood. Recently remodeled. At this moment the pier does not have handrails and is under construction, small children should be careful. Also please do not use house towels on the beach that put too much sand in the washer and dryer ..
