My flat is self contained with its own entrance. It has an open plan kitchen / living room with full cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and a full set of kitchen wares. The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

We will provide a complimentary welcome box. The moment you arrive here you will feel at ease. The walls are decorated in soft relaxing colours complimented by high quality flooring and furniture.

In a secluded orchard accessible by a country lane with minimal passing traffic, a tranquil, peaceful location. Beautiful, Luxurious, Home from Home Shepherds Hut. Nestling in its own fenced spinney with 300 year old Ash and Oaks trees around you, Little Oaks is rural, isolated and private. You can enjoy the wood fired hot tub, fire pit, BBQ or Pizza oven with only the sheep, goats, horses and chickens on our farm watching. Looking out over rolling countryside, our home built hut is cosy, beautifully appointed, and built to an exacting specification, somewhere we would love to stay!

The Pavilion at Smithy Farmhouse

The Pavilion provides luxury accommodation for 2 set in a rural location, yet within easy access to some of the beautiful towns and villages in this area of Lincolnshire. A trip to the coast is only an hours drive with many places of interest such as Lincoln, Stamford and Woodhall Spa all within a 45 minute drive. Although there are no facilities in the village, the nearest shops are only a 5 minute drive. There is a cycle store to the rear of the property.
