This is a Sears and Roebuck Kit Home built in 1932. It is a Craftsman Style Home that has been added on to a couple times. This is our Home that we have renovated slowly over the years and want to allow people to enjoy our home the way we have. It is smaller but has suited our needs and hope it suites yours as well. It has a washer and dryer unit onsite as well. The front porch serves as a nice area to enjoy the sunrise and your morning coffee.

We love the original 1897 details of the building that are coupled with all the amenities of today. It has all the charm of days gone by with all the utility of the modern world.

Lots of space with 6 total rooms including a living-room with 70' television, two bedrooms (one king-size, one full size), bath, dining, and kitchen, as well as a laundry room. Plenty of parking space for multiple vehicles. Within walking distance of downtown, including post office, movie theater, etc.

Spruce Street Retreat

Clean and cozy home in a quiet residential neighborhood, about 30 miles away from Baxter State Park. It's just a few blocks away from the snowmobile and atv trails and only a couple of miles off I-95. I cannot accept pets at this time, including service animals. I have an exemption for this because of my severe allergies to cats and dogs.
