Take a verandah seat to watch the morning mist quietly rise. Observe the abundant wildlife who are happy to call Oro home, or be intoxicated by the afternoon ‘golden hour’. Immerse yourself in this unique & tranquil getaway. Enjoy the fully renovated, all new fixtures & furnishings providing a modern interior with a homely feel. The rustic exterior provides the High Country charm of yesteryear nestled on 30 acres of rural tranquility. 100m from the main residence you have your own privacy. We call this our Cabin but it is a small home with 110m2 living area & 47m2 of outdoor undercover living. 13 minutes from Mansfield & ideally located to explore the High Country.

Animal friendly Shouse - 5 Acres

Our cosy 2 Bedroom Shouse on 5 Acres is located just 1.5km to Mansfield town. Located on top of the hill with beautiful views, perfect place to relax and unwind. We welcome most Pets to join you, offering an adjacent secure yard. If inside we ask they are not left inside alone , sit on the couches / beds and when outside, animals must be on lead as our farm animals are near by. (Please message me to confirm your animal before booking) We also have a house next door that accomadates 8 people

The Hut at Elm Tree Farm, Mansfield

The Hut at Elm Tree Farm is a place to switch off and reconnect with nature. It sits on 160 rolling acres and is surrounded by a 5000 acre working farm. It is an off grid restored shearer's hut with a separate bathroom/toilet and outdoor kitchen. USB charging is available. The hut operates on 12 volt power and gas is provided for water heating and cooking. There is a indoor fireplace for warmth and an outdoor firepit for fun. It is for guests who enjoy outdoor adventures! Note unfenced dams.

Burrowes Rest

Burrowes Rest is a private getaway for couples, friends or families that want to slow down and enjoy a carefully curated space. Welcome to our serene mountain farm retreat in our cosy cottage. This romantic escape is 10 minutes drive from Healesville. Be seduced by the secluded softness of a cool climate rainforest where privacy, peace and relaxation are the order of the day. Relax in sumptuous interiors by a wood fire or in the outdoor two person spa framed by forest views and fairy lights. Wine on arrival, fresh spring water, sourdough and free range eggs from our farm are provided to enhance your stay.
