Pond View Four Elms New ground floor flat

Pond View is located in centre of Four Elms village overlooking the village pond. With parking on the forecourt, it has been furnished to give that “home from home” feel. Guests, in between houses or from overseas looking for longer stays have always enjoyed their stay. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms provides good family accommodation and the dish washer and washer dryer to make life easy. The Wi-Fi is excellent for computers games and phones. The Oast House is on a private Tudor Estate. A listed mid-Victorian property has charming period features, a large garden and storage. It theoretically sleeps 10 but suitable for 7 if one prefers sleeping alone. Terrific for group bookings, cycling and triathlon participants, temp workers, golfers, extended families in area for special occasions, corporate charity rides, or bake off weekends! Perfect for visiting Tudor England all around beautiful West Kent. We are 35 mins from South London

Pool and sauna retreat near London and the Coast.

Pool Cottage is a trendy little place, perfect for couples. It’s attached a 16th century Farmhouse but has a separate entrance and garden. The pool is a shared space in front of the cottage and guests are welcome to swim any time but it is not heated. The area is rural yet close to Tunbridge Wells, London, beautiful Kent / Sussex countryside and the South coast. Lots of walks and great pubs within walking distance. We have dogs and there are cows / sheep in local fields - country life!

Charming barn conversion in the Kent countryside

Barneta is the annex of a converted barn and is set in an idyllic spot on a sheep farm in the heart of the Kentish countryside but only 10 minutes drive from Hildenborough train station with trains to London and the South Coast. All the amenities of Royal Tunbridge Wells are 20 minutes drive away. It is an excellent base for walking and there are many places of interest to discover such as Penshurst Place, Chiddingstone and Hever Castles with fantastic local pubs along the routes.

Simple Hoppers Hut Cabin for Two

The Hoppers Hut is inspired by the simple accommodation farmers provided for families of seasonal workers from East London, coming to pick the Hop Harvest, from the mid-19th to the mid-20th centuries. We have an old Oast House at Bore Place, so it's likely we had Hoppers Huts here. Just finished, it's simple, yet comfortable and of this place. Handmade by our own crafts people David & John, fully insulated and clad in planks of locally grown and cut waney edge larch.

Our private annexe is nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac, just 3 miles from Chartwell and 4 miles from Sevenoaks. London Bridge is a convenient 30-minute train ride away. Enjoy high-speed WiFi, HDTV, and a well-equipped bathroom. Refreshments like coffee, tea as well as an assortment of snacks are provided for our guests. A village centre cottage with off-street parking and patio garden. Recently renovated to an excellent standard to provide accommodation for up to 5 in 3 bedrooms and with 2 bathrooms. All creature comforts including bespoke fully-equipped kitchen and wood burning stove. Beds can be configured as 1 double & 3 singles, or 2 doubles & 1 single. Please advise your preference. Note there is a spiral staircase to the 3rd bedroom & bathroom.
