Treetops is a warm and cosy space, providing calm and peace for guests to escape the cares of everyday life. Situated within its own mature grounds, it makes full use of natural light with sunsets particularly memorable. Decorated using muted earth colours, the cabin has all modern coveniences including central heating, shower room and kitchen area with fridge and full-size gas cooker. Outside are private gardens, including sitting area with bbq and firepit. Shared heated pool May to Sept.

A 5 minute drive from the award winning Woolacombe beach. Set in the peaceful Willingcott holiday Village. Relax or take a dip in the shared outdoor heated pool (seasonal - opens Whitsun week through to the end of September) less than one minute away, or for the more active there is surfing, paddle boarding, walking or cycling; this beautiful area has it all. In the evening why not visit one of the local pubs or hunker down with a movie or maybe a board game for those more competitive!

Ducks Cottage is a superb family home, nestled on a quiet, private Holiday park, with a shared pool, just a stones throw from one of the most beautiful beaches the UK has to offer and the seaside village of Woolacombe, bustling with restaurants, gift shops, Horse riding and surf schools. The area offers vast countryside walks, woodland, Golf, quad biking and The Tarka trail, popular with cyclists and Hikers alike. After a day exploring, the site offers a truly special place to unwind.

The Look Out- ilfracombe - Private Indoor Pool

Outstanding views from every window, a perfect holiday retreat. Detached holiday home is set into the hills with woods behind still a stone throw away from the heart of the bustling seaside town of Ilfracombe. Located at the end of a private road, you will be able to enjoy some amazing walks direct from the property with national trust footpaths. We also have 3 ½ acres of private woodlands (no public footpaths) at the back of the property which your more than welcome to explore.

Tucked away in a quiet, rural location, but just a few minutes’ drive from the award-winning Woolacombe beach, our dog-friendly holiday cottage offers every home comfort plus a little touch of luxury. We designed Bay Tree Cottage to be a home away from home, with plenty of special touches that make it a place you’ll remember. Set in the private, landscaped grounds of Willingcott Valley, summer guests (June to Sept) will also have access to the heated outdoor swimming pool.

Rye Cottage, North Hill Cottages

North Hill Cottages are just 10 minutes from Barnstaple but you will feel as if you are in the middle of nowhere. Sat on top of ....North Hill, Rye is one of 9 cottages created from traditional stone farm buildings in a beautiful tranquil spot with space to roam. North hill is ideally situated to explore the west and north coasts as well as Exmoor and after all that we have an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis court and games room to help you relax and unwind.

The Barn at Coombe Farm Goodleigh

Easter and Summer bookings are weekly with a Friday check-in. The Barn has been converted in to a beautiful 2 bedroom property for 4 people. It is located in the grounds of Coombe Farm, with a private terrace, hot tub, ceramic barbecue, hammock, garden and access to a shared outdoor pool in summer (June to September). A foot path runs past The Barn, to the village of Goodleigh, where there is a pub. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom. Well behaved dogs are welcome.

Seablue View is a couple of minutes walk from the award winning Woolacombe Beach & Barricane Beach with spectacular beach & sunset views. Nestled in a quiet woodland between the two national parks of Exmoor and Dartmoor and close to the award winning beaches of North Devon. A lovely 2-bedroom lodge, which can sleep 6, finished to a high standard with a cosy relaxing vibe. You can settle in and enjoy the amazing views from the upstairs living room and balcony. The outdoor pool is available June-September (1m at its deepest) Please note there is a 2 car maximum at this property
