The Withlacoochee State Trail is only a half mile away, with sidewalk access all the way!

Porch and balcony give access to a Florida landscape of water, Cypress trees and assortment of wildlife.

Cypress Cottage

Handicap accessible. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. On a dead end street on a channel that goes out to some lakes in the area. Have a canoe,peddle boat and three bikes included to use during your stay. Little over an hour from Orlando Airport and about the same from Tampa Airport. 30 minute drive to Homosassa Springs that has many attractions. If you see any alligators please do not feed them. They become a nuisance and it’s also against the law.

This 2 bedroom, (both bedrooms are en-suites) 2 1/2 bath multi level townhome is perfectly placed amongst the Tsala Apopka chain of lakes, in the waterfront community of Cypress Cove. Cypress cove community offers a pool, gazebo & private boat ramp. The boat ramp is on a canal that provides direct access to Lake Spivey. This townhouse is centrally located, just 1 mile from the Historic District downtown Inverness. Three porches makes this a perfect relaxing destination.

(Option to have an additional bedroom with en-suite bathroom if needed at higher rate). All your shopping needs are a 10 minute drive or less including Publix, Walmart, Lowes, TJMaxx and lots of restaurants. Additionally there are lots of lakes and hiking within the town. Both MCO & TPA are just over an hour away.

Please note the 15.5% Host Service Fee is an Airbnb fee, they chose the name, host do not collect this fee. FL is in a drought, water levels are 8ft + lower than normal. You can still enjoy fishing and kayaking on our direct waterway. We do provide kayaks and canoes to enjoy the lakes. Plenty of room for outdoor games and activities. Pet friendly. Just a short drive to downtown Inverness and 30 minutes to Crystal River, Dunnellon or Homosassa. Simply perfect!

There are no paved roads yet. Easy access to Withlacoochee State Bike Trail.
