Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Beautiful apartment in centra Istria

You will find The Olive House in the very end of a small village called Jakomici. The second floor of the house has been recently refurbished and consists of two identical apartments, each with a kitchen, huge living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Each apartment is suitable for 4 people. You can relax completely, chill out in the garden or in the new swimming pool, or you can come with us for a boat trip (not included). Breakfast, lunch and dinner on request, at extra charge.

Na raspolaganju vam je apartman od 70 m2 otvorenog prostora, u prizemlju se nalazi potpuno opremljena kuhinja, dnevni boravak s tv-om te wc s tušom. Predivna malena kuća u nizu, smještena u starogradskoj jezgri gradića Pićna. Prilagođena je gostima koji žele ostati na duže vrijeme, ali i gostima koji su se zaputili u istraživanje Istre. U prizemlju je kuhinja, prostor za odmaranje sa televizorom te otvoreni kamin. Na katu po strmim stepenicama uspinje se na hodnik koji dijeli dvije spavaće sobe. U jednoj je francuski krevet sa ormarima i ostalom opremom te druga soba u kojoj su dva odvojena ležaja za jednu osobu.
