The 1st and 2nd floor of the villa has 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms, Living and Dinning areas and full kitchen. The 100 m2 loft has 1 bedroom, 1.5 Bath Rooms, living area, fireplace and full kitchen.

This is my favorite place I have created so far. It is small but perfect for couples or single travelers. It has a jacuzzi, ice bath and fire place. The beauty of the apartment is that it shares no walls with any neighbors to the side, above or below. The building is yours, which is perfect if you are energy sensitive. The place is small, but efficiently has all you need. (no oven sorry). Located right off Rainbow but situated in an alley between buildings makes it super quiet and peaceful.

Top quality furnished rooftop with 2 bedrooms and a big bathroom ,very stylish decorations with very relaxing lightings all over the apartment, 50 inch smart TV, microwave, oven, refrigerator, washing machine with a dryer, fully equipped large kitchen and much more, located in a wonderful neighborhood and a new quite nice building , elevator reaches to 3rd floor and then one floor up to the roof, very close to all kind of shops , bakeries , pharmacies drycleaning places, you name it.
