This coastal retreat is ready for you to relax and unwind. Only minutes from the water’s edge. Enjoy 2 cosy bedrooms, perfect for 2 couples, or a family of 5. Just a 15 minute walk into town by the water along the esplanade or a 2 min drive to the famous 90 Mile Beach starting at Eastern Beach. Relax on the deck or under the palm after a busy day at the beach or exploring all that Lakes has to offer. The perfect place to switch off - in your home away from home. We have everything you need.

Swan Cove Garden on Beach

Please note the vehicular ferry is out for maintenance from Nov 10 til Dec 7. During this time we can collect you from the passenger ferry. Wide open spaces, fresh sea air and no crowds. Transport yourself to a 2- storey Hansel and Gretel style cottage in a forest by the water on an island where you can see koalas and wildlife up close in their natural environment. Only 4 hours from Melbourne. We are very sorry pets are not permitted here due to the sensitive nature of the wildlife.

Koala Kottage’s refurbished interior features a living area, dining area, exquisite large en suite bathroom with garden courtyard view and an ultra modern fully equipped kitchen . There is also an eating area and BBQ outside on the vine covered deck or make use of the seated fire pit area with a barbecue cooking plate . The Kottage features vaulted timber lined ceilings with sky light. Surrounded by a natural habitat of gum trees, koalas, kangaroos and colourful native birds.

Abalone Guest Accommodation - quiet & private

The unit is a renovated wing of our home with a private entrance, lounge/dining, 2 carpeted bedrooms with a Q bed & 2 K singles, toilet & bathroom & very well-equipped kitchenette. It is quiet, fully self-contained and private. We only accommodate 4 people and are located 3k away from the town centre. Our accommodation is not a party house. We do not accommodate children under 12 including babies or dogs. STRICTLY NO COOKING CRABS OR GUTTING/CLEANING OF FISH IN THE HOUSE.

Quiet self-contained unit with abundant bird life

Our peaceful property is a quaint self contained unit which is separate from the main house and has bush views. Please note that we have recently changed our house rules and for safety and suitability reasons we no longer accept bookings with children. We also cannot accommodate pets. Please note that WiFi connection is poor inside the unit but ok on covered deck. No charging of EV permitted but there are two stations in town that we can ferry you too if we are available.

Welcome to our home in Lakes Entrance! Our home is in town on the flat and a short walk to the beach and local amenities. We are pet friendly with a fully secure yard and our long driveway is perfect for bringing a boat! Our backyard area is newly modernised with BBQ, outdoor TV, couch and dining area. WiFi, Netflix, dvds and board games are also provided for those wet days! Please come relax and enjoy everything Lakes has to offer! Tom & Brodie

Baby goats have just arrived!!!Freestanding studio,a peaceful cozy little cabin ,light filled ,featuring recycled materials and a window seat…set in an acre of garden with chooks and friendly goats ...(babies in spring/summer)walkable distance to lake...Nungurner is a quiet leafy hidden gem ,bush walking,plenty of bird life and a jetty with lake access for fishing and water sports , a short drive to Metung ,hot springs,cafes,hotel,and bakery.

Lakes Entrance waterfront cottage

Set on the beautiful Gippsland lakes, this newly renovated cottage has everything you need for a luxurious and comfortable trip away. The cottage is located in Marine Parade behind an art gallery, everything is in walking distance, with space to park your car and boats. (A mooring on the adjacent jetty is available for additional fee). Across the road from the property is the beautiful Gippsland lake, ready for you to put the boat in and explore.

We hope you love our place, which has a beautiful rural environment that gives easy access to forest tracks, lakes, and beaches. Our 2-bedroom accommodation is in a tranquil rural location, five kilometers from Lakes Entrance. Across the road is Colquhoun Forest, with excellent walking and cycling tracks. A private wing of an established mud brick home, you'll particularly enjoy the charming courtyard and front area that gets the morning sun.
