This apartment is in a historical house and you can use it for your own. We /the owners are living in the upper floors. The apartment is completely equipped and has a big livingroom, a quiet bedroom, a separate and well equipped kitchen and a bathroom (second toilett on the corridor). In bedroom two persons can sleep in a 1,80m wide bed. A third sleeping option gives a 2m sofa (sleepingsofa) in livingroom. Theoretically two persons can sleep there. For sure towels and bed linen are included. The apartment has LED-TV and WLAN. Using garden is a matter of arrangement. Only 2-3 minutes distance to stop of city-tram number 4. With this line you reach trade fair/exhibition center without change in 15 minutes, in 25 minutes you reach center of city also without change. A big supermarket and other shops are in 100 m distance. A restaurant and a bistro you can reach by feet. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment but of course you can smoke in the garden. If you travel by car you will find parkingplaces in front of the house or nearby. Forrest, a lake and a park for deers in a 3km distance offers you to take chance for recreation and jogging.

Helles freistehendes Apartment in unmittelbarer Rheinnähe, ruhig gelegen im Grünen. Erreichbar durch den Garten (Mitnutzung möglich). Wir sind eine 5-köpfige Familie mit verspielter Hündin und 2 Katzen und geben gerne Tipps für eine schöne Urlaubszeit. Wir sind mit Leib und Seele Gastgeber. Das Stadtzentrum ( Dom ...) ist mit ÖPNV und per Rad (kann gestellt werden) gut erreichbar. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs findet man fußläufig. Auch Thaimassage, Kosmetikdtudio, Restaurants, Cafes, ...

Gemütliches schickes Apartment, messenah, verkehrsgünstig und mit Parkmöglichkeit. In diesem Apartment kannst Du Dich ausruhen und Dich erholen. Es gibt einen Balkon und eine Badewanne, sowie eine kleine Küche. Smart TV mit Netflix. In 10-15 Minuten kann man mit der Stadt-Bahn zur Messe oder ins Zentrum gelangen. Parken in der Tiefgarage ist möglich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Phasenweise ist mit Fluglärm zu rechnen. Es ist keine neu renovierte Wohnung, bitte keine Perfektion erwarten.

Direkte Verbindung zur Messe mit der KVB Linie 3, in die Innenstadt mit der Linie 18.

The room can be used independently from the rest of the house. It has a double bed (1.40) and a private bathroom with a shower In the passage to the bathroom you can prepare food. The induction hotplate can be set up as needed. Basic equipment is available. We live 6 km away from Cologne/Bonn Airport, which is 9 minutes by car. You don't have to worry about towels and bed linen. Important! We also live in this house. You will hear living noises.
