We call this our Cabin but it is a small home with 110m2 living area & 47m2 of outdoor undercover living. 13 minutes from Mansfield & ideally located to explore the High Country.

Hand-built by our grandfather in 1976 from Canadian cedar logs, [ˈkābɪn] holds a dear place in our hearts. We lovingly restored it in 2020 and are delighted to open its doors to nature lovers and the style savvy seeking a peaceful respite. With sweeping views across the traditional lands of the Taungurung people, your only task is to relax and enjoy the view, sip a wine by the fire, take a bath or read a book. We’ve added all the creature comforts we love so that your stay is care-free.

Miner's Cabin is tucked away at the end of a residential cul-de-sac in Rawson, Victoria — a remote location in a small, sleepy town. The property is an old timber house, fully-fenced and has mountain views. With outdoor baths and private views of Baw Baw National Park. The house is ideal for relaxing with friends around the fire pit, cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen or just relaxing and enjoying the wildlife. Walhalla is a 15 minute drive and 40 mins to the snow fields.

‘Tanjil Bren Mountain Cabin’ Set in amongst the towering Mountain ash trees on the Mt Baw Baw Tourist Rd in West Gippsland is the tiny off grid hamlet of Tanjil Bren. Comfortable and eclectic, this self contained one bedroom studio (one of three) has been built almost entirely from recycled materials. Located at Alpine Ridge, in the heart of the high country and just 4 kilometres from the base of Mt Buller, it is perfectly located for exploring this pristine area. Suitable for people who love the mountains and everything that goes with it. Two other studios are also available.

The Cabin at Kevington, on the Goulburn River

Set on the banks of the beautiful Goulburn River, the cabin is ideal for a romantic escape, family getaway or weekend with friends. Just 50 minutes to the gates of Mt Buller and 15 minutes to the nearest boat ramp at Lake Eildon, you can choose to do a multitude of activities in the area or just relax by the river in summer or by the cosy fire in winter.

welcome to my cabin ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. We also have a Daybed and Trundle for young families who don't mind the kids sleeping in the lounge . (note you must bring linen and towels for the daybed and trundle as linen, towels are provided for only two).
